• This Company is the registered proprietor of the logo with Registration No.A-86459/2009 and Copy Right Registration No. A-103775/2013 and also several trademarks registered on its name which allows them to trade in the field of service providing education and hence provides the franchisee in the name of DPS.
• The Company is providing the said services under its Trade Mark/Trade Name along with Label/Logo DPS all over India including the States of Karnataka, Bihar, Andhra Pradesh, Rajasthan, Haryana, Himanchal Pradesh, Punjab, Uttarakhand, Uttar Pradesh, Jharkhand and Jammu & Kashmir, where its authorized franchisees are operating educational institutions in the name and style of DPS Play Schools/DPS Secondary Schools.

• The company keeps on supporting the staff continuously an d rigorously. Each franchisee will be supported with 2 orientation sessions one at the Franchisee premises and another in the Head Office every year. Also if the company feels necessity then staff exchange programs will be held in association with the other Franchisees. Expert advises and counseling sessions for the staff as well as students will always be arranged by the Company at the convenience of the Franchisee.
